This is a luxurious head massager.
I use it to encourage hair growth - but I imagine it's helpful for relaxation and relieving tension too.
The bristles can be a little rough - I think you can adjust and control the downward pressure depending on how you hold it AND how your skin gets used to it.
The brush has a red light - I don't know if it's an infrared light, which is popular right now to encourage hair growth, healing and skin repair. The listing doesn't say it has an infrared light.
