I've been having problems with my hair. A few years ago, I had chemotherapy and lost all my hair. I've tried everything to get my hair back to normal. I've taken vitamins, Rogaine, etc., but it didn't help.
I actually tried another brand where you had to insert the red light part into the cap, and it didn't fit properly. So I returned the cap and bought this one instead. I loved it so much I bought one for my mom and sister, who have problems with hair growth and hair loss. They love it too. I feel like my hair has gotten longer since using this one. I've also noticed that I get fewer migraines when I wear it regularly every night (I used to get a lot of migraines, especially after waking up). Definitely buy this red light cap. Don't worry about how you look because you can easily wear it in bed at night while reading. The quality is also very good; the cap material is comfortable, and the red lights have different settings and brightness levels.
