I've used other red light panels before, but never for hair growth because you can't position them properly on your head.
I decided to try this cap. I can see some of my hair falling out. I'm absolutely thrilled; it's only been a month. It's very easy to use and comfortable to wear. The battery lasts well, too. I hope my hair will be as thick as before in a few months. I'll give an update on the results after a few months. So far, I'm happy with the results.
