I wasn't sure what to expect from a red light therapy cap, but so far it's been great. We have an outlet near the couch, so it's not a problem, but at night when I'm working late, the USB port is really handy.

The heat is very pleasant and also seems to help with mild headaches. Time will tell how thick the hair is, but with this and minoxidil, my dermatologist is convinced.
