I ordered this microneedling pen to replace an older model Dr. Pen that I've had for years. The older model was wired with no ability to recharge, so I wanted one with more flexibility. This pen was a good choice. The pen is weighty and feels good in the hand. Cartridges are easy to insert and remove, and this model has the 3-pivot mechanism vs. 2 that were notorious for flying off while in use (not fun)! I'm glad they improved this design in this model. The pen is quiet and can be used wired or wirelessly. As a newly-released model, I do not believe there are as many replacement cartridges for this model as with other models that have been out awhile, like the A6, but I'm sure this will catch up quickly. The only negative I've found with this pen is that the dial to change the depth of the needles is rather hard to read, and I have pretty good eyes. I really have to squint to see the numbers. Other than that, this has been a great pen!

This new Dr. Pen works great! We had one and it lasted about 4 years then stopped working so we got this one and it works great.

Great product, feel like this is the ultimate way to get fresher skin and also heal scars. But do your research first to use the product safely!

Excellent product. Very useful and well built. Was a little afraid to use it, but it was really easy and i absolutely love the result.
This Procedure is very expensive in Spa salons, so it makes for sure sense to buy this pen

Was a little afraid to use it, but it was really easy and not painful ( numbing cream) . Time will tell if it works

This is my 2nd time using the Dr Pen Ultima M8 Microneedling Pen, and my 3rd time doing microneedling. I LOVE this pen. It is easy to charge, easy to use, and gives great results. The needles come in their own sterile packages. I use a lidocaine cream as a numbing agent, wash it off really well and then start the process. If you use a numbing cream the needles just feel like a light sensation, no pain!

The product arrived in two days. Sealed and as advertised. I charged the pen for one hour and then used it. Worked perfectly. No glitches whatsoever. The seller (Lifewit) offers 2-year warranty. What I needed to do is just email them my Amazon order number and within 1 business day they replied and confirmed the warranty. Would definitely recommend this product and this seller to everyone interested in boosting collagen for and reducing scars on their face.
