Pluma de microagujas profesional Dr. Pen Ultima M8, recargable por USB, paquete de 5 cartuchos de repuesto de 24 pines

I really like this Dr. Pen Ultima N2 Professional Microneedling pen. It’s cordless and rechargeable. It’s durable and lightweight which makes it easier to hold. I have the Dr Pen Ultima M8. This pen is less advanced but works very similarly to the M8. Micro needling is excellent for most skin conditions. I’d suggest visiting a professional for a skin consultation first to understand what you should be doing. It’s very important to really understand what you’re doing before you start so you do not ruin or damage your skin. This pen is an excellent tool for home micro needling.

Love this electric microneedle. It allows even application all over your face with a sanitized needle.
I have used a manual roller on my skin for several years, as I am pro dermaroller (I strongly believe there are the extremes on both sides. My past experiences, both in and out of a salon (I had electric roller in salons) - I disregarded the instructions which looked bad (and other reviews have also affirmed).
I used on dry, alcohol sanitized skin, and followed with a serum. It did hurt a bit, but I also abide by the “no pain no gain.” My face was a little swollen for about 24 hours, and then slightly red for a few days but other than that, no noticeable difference. I did not use makeup the entire day and I would recommend waiting until the next day, regardless of whether you do it in the evening or morning - just let your skin sit by itself.
Pros to this type of treatment - sanitized, one use roller, quick, depth is consistent. It comes with it several needles if you wanted to share your machine with a family member, but I do not and I just change the needle each time I use
Due to my consistent use of a dermaroller, I don’t expect any mind blowing results as the results take time and consistency to use - much of which I’m already getting. However, I will definitely continue use. My goal is once a month (allows my skin time to heal between treatments), although I don’t always make that goal.
I have normal to dry, slightly acne prone skin. I am a white female prone to melasma and hyperpigmentation.

This microneedling pen is perfect for at home use. It's great for uneven skin tone, acne scars, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks and more. I've used it once on my face so far and have noticed some of the hyperpigmentation on my cheeks starting to lighten up after 4 weeks of healing. I know it'll take more sessions, but I'm optimistic that with consistent use (about once a month) and a good quality serum, I'll definitely see more results. Overall, it's easy to use and can also be adjusted to your pain tolerance. Definitely recommend.

First this pen does more than just vibrate. It does move up and down, it just goes so fast that you can not tell. I bought one once off the auction site. It was a knockoff, only vibrated and did more damage than good. Professionals use and trust this pen! Anyway, because this pen moves so fast it may make gliding along the skin more difficult so I highly recommend a gel or hyaluronic acid. I also recommend lidocaine. You are essentially stabbing yourself hundreds if times. These little tears produce collagen, plumping skin and repairing it. It helps wrinkles, redness, acne and stretch marks. Don't expect results overnight, though. This takes patience and persistence. I've used rollers and manual wands for years. When I have stuck to it, I have seen huge improvements in my stretch marks. No, they will never go away, but they have shrunk and are thinner and not as deep. This pen will help new ones fade faster too. This pen is magical because it does the stabbing for you so fast you don't notice. Taking a roller to your face is hard, and many give up. This pen is portable and wireless which is fantastic. I hate cords but if it does die, you can also use it plugged in. It has six speeds, and you can adjust the depth to the area you are treating. Follow the recommendations, going too deep on your face can cause damage you don't want. This pen is well made. Each needle tip comes individually wrapped for hygiene. They are also easily bought on Amazon. If you have been looking for a derma pen, don't waste your money on the other ones!

This is a good quality pen for the price. It's easy to use and you can see the results almost immediately. The pen gets to a deeper level in the skin to help hydrate tired skin. The needles barely go into the skin and there is not discomfort. Really helps with the fine lines. Would recommend.

I debated giving this 3 stars because of its big flaw. I have another derma-needling device (made in Czechoslovakia) that has the pen attached to the motor via a cord that fully retracts the needles. That one I am comfortable with doing the swiping motions. I do like that this one goes to 2.5 depth. My other goes to 1.75mm depth only. I got this one because it was on vine and all of these devices are expensive. My other device that I paid full price for now has a 2.5 needle depth but that one is $200.00.
Derma-needling is really great for collagen induction and I long ago gave up the derma rollers. Those hurt a lot more and typically take longer than a really good dermapen. This pen might take longer than my older device though because I don’t feel comfortable sliding it over my skin.
Let’s start with the pros:
Rechargeable battery
Cordless or wires operation
Light
Easy to hold
I actually like the twist for depth needle depth selection
Multiple speeds
If you use it as a stamp you might be able to get away with less or no serum for the “slip”. Can just put serum on afterwards.
Cons:
The big one: needles don’t fully retract so better to use this as a stamp turning it on and off again.
It also seemed like it wasn’t a full up and down motion each time (you know, like a jack hammer) but more of a vibrate up and down a little and then up and down a bit more. See my slowed down video with needles set at 2.5mm and speed 1.

This is my first micro-needling device and I would prefer it over the suction devices (said to provide similar results for fine lines) and manual tools. Yes, these are literally fine needles like pins but it's not as horrible as you'd expect. You have CONTROL over the density (IE: how deep this is inserted into your skin) and you can adjust the needle length with a simple turn of the knob. The needle heights range from 0.00 - 2.5+.
You can also adjust the speed which will help you get used to the device's intensity. It goes from level 1 up to level 6. However, my LED screen had some of the numbers upside down although the device works just fine. For example, the level 3 = E, 4 = h, 6 = 9, but 1/2/5 are reading correctly. The screen lights up, so it's easy to read and the options are simple to adjust (turn the knob or push button).
The other manual micro-needling pens don't offer as many customizations as this device which is a must for beginners. For more experienced users, you can switch out the needles for advanced ones (up to 50 Nano) since Dr. Pen offers other options (this device doesn't come with it). The power button is NOT marked so you need to reference the instruction manual to locate that. This device also comes with a 6-month product warranty, AC/DC adapter with the removable USB cord, and the carrying bag. This device is easy and thrilling to use as you become more familiar with it.

Over the past couple years, I've found that I really love microneedling, especially along my face. Having a good bit of age on me, my face shows some of those lines we all get with age. Though I do moisturize and treat my skin with various skincare products, microneedling really helps to make sure that I'm being treated on a much deeper level. Dr. Pen's microneedling pen takes that treatment to a much deeper level than I'd ever imagined.
This pen reminds me a bit of one of those pens that diabetics use when they test their glucose levels, except that this one is much more high end. It has a metal casing and is somewhat weighted. Feels very comfortable in the hand when using. Very easy to attach the needle end. The needle has a cap to keep the area clean between uses. There's also a needle length adjustment nob around the barrel towards the top. It's ridged for better gripping. There are fractional numbers for various lengths. You align your selection with an arrow next to the ringed nob.
I do wish though that the numbers were larger and bolder because I do find them very difficult to read, especially not having anymore the great eyesight that I had in my youth. In fact, I didn't even see them at first until I looked really hard under some bright lights. Hopefully, they will improve the readability with future models.
Make sure that you first prepare your skin with some sort of serum or moisturizer before using. You'll need that. Also, I very highly suggest that when you use this for the first time that you set the pin length to the shortest possible selection. This particular pen in pretty intense and goes deeper than others that I've tried. If you find that it's too short for your needs, you can always increase its length. Facial skin especially should use a shorter length. Other body parts might benefit from a longer pin length. Again, work your way up. Then set your speed and you are ready to go.
Though I'm an experienced microneedler, I've found that this is the most intense microneedler that I've ever used. Not for the faint of heart. Usually I use this along my face with more concentrated use in various areas. It feels stimulating and can even have a little bit of what almost feels like a burning feeling, depending on your selected penetration. Also, after using, I still feel a bit of stinging for about an hour afterwards. In fact, the areas of my face where I've concentrated more intense use will be red. That will last for about an hour. That will go away, as well as that stinging feeling. It does help my skincare products to penetrate more deeply which ultimately provides me with a much better facial treatment.
A great product to use for anyone who is a serious microneedler and want a much more intense and deeper skincare treatment. Just make sure you study the instructions before use and work your way up very gently.

I was a little unsure when I first started looking into these meat tenderizers, the fine needles move fast and only slightly pierce the outer skin surface. Its almost like aerating your lawn premoting new skin cells to grow. I'm just staring out so time will tell the full story, I'll update if I see good or bad changes. Be sure to keep the heads clean and sterile.
