I’m a Black woman and I microneedle once a month. It does wonders for the skin. I pair with Zo skincare regimen. If you don’t know how to micro needle, I’d advise getting one done professionally first, then watch you tube videos from reputable aestheticians. You can pick it up quickly. I don’t use numbing cream, but some people feel they have to. I use aloe instead.

My pen stopped working after the 3rd use and four months after my purchased. I contacted the seller. They quickly responded and sent me a brand new one right away. I received a new one within 2 days. Such great customer service!

The pen functions great but the dial that indicates the depth of the needle is very hard to see. It would be great if it had a digital display like the speed indicator.

Estoy muy feliz con los resultados que he obtenido con el dr. Pen en tan solo una aplicación en el rostro y cuello pude ver gran diferencia!!! utilizando serum específicos para lo que estés buscando ya sea atenuar líneas de expresión, dar luminosidad a tu piel o simplemente como tratamiento hidratante, debes tener cuidado con el tipo de cartuchos que uses de acuerdo a tu tipo de piel y grosor.

I am a master esthetician. I use this device on my clients and it is fantastic! Make sure NOT to tip the device upside down so that the serums don’t go up into the machine to cause cross contamination from client to client. Love the many different styles of tips, 16 is my favorite. I don’t understand the speeds on the machine I always use the highest setting for optimal results. Love that it is cordless. Easy to use and light weight. I wish it came with disposable plastic sleeves to put over the pen so that Clean up would be faster. But overall great microneedling device.

I love it! Super fast delivery! I received one day before it’s supposed to be delivered! I had used once to do a hair treatment on my scalp! Everything was perfect!
