So, originally purchased unit broke after the first use and since I've been in a lot of pain lately, it really annoyed me. The company got wind of it and reached out with an offer to send me a new one to make things right.Long story short: I used it multiple times already and it's still performing as advertised!

Powerful and effective
This is an amazing therapy tool! I use it several times a week and it really helps relieve muscle spasms and tension. It's very easy to use and has multiple settings and features, making it great for at-home use. It's even small enough to take with you when traveling.

Two happy customers!
I originally purchased this cupping device to help me manage pain outside of a physical therapist's office. I have been struggling with pain in my trapezius and rhomboid muscles, as well as tennis elbow from overuse. I tried the device on its own without reading the instructions first and was scared to death. The suction is strong and it wouldn't release immediately, leaving a bruise. However... my husband applied it to my back a few days later and, aside from the expected suction marks, the lingering pain had subsided by the next day. I have been dealing with these issues since April 2023 and the results have been surprising for such a small but powerful piece of equipment. It is easy to use, convenient, and works well with lube or massage oil, so it glides easily over the skin's surface. My husband is a personal trainer and now swears by this product after a workout! We have added it to our home therapy regimen and plan to use it to soothe sore muscles, avoiding unnecessary medical expenses and trips to a physical therapist. Great product.

This cupping device is the best
I was hesitant to buy this as my daughter has a full set of cups but this was amazing, worked great and was really easy to use. I'm so glad I bought it as it really helps my upper and lower back. Well worth it!!

Multi-purpose and easy to use!
I use my cupping device on my right shoulder muscle and it really helps with the pain. I also use it 2-3 times a week on my legs to combat cellulite. I have definitely noticed an improvement in the smoothness of my legs. Consistency is essential and I also pair it with an anti-cellulite oil for easy glide and hydration.
