What is red light therapy?
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation (PBM) or low-level light therapy (LLLT) -- is a non-invasive and natural therapy that heals the body on a cellular level. It delivers red and near-infrared (NIR) light waves to the body through advanced LEDs.
