This microneedler works well. Very solid/heavy feel to it with an intuitive adjustment mechanism and it's very easy to change the needle cartridges. I don't know what else to say... I don't write reviews.
I took the time because the customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the original one I purchased and was sent a replacement as soon as I let them know about the problem I was having.

I have never done self micro-needling and had previously started out practicing with a derma roller. I did a lot of research, this pen seemed to be a solid investment and easy to use. First treatment went great, my skin looks amazing! I did use numbing cream before hand and started on lowest setting to help my skin acclimate. Also used a serum for slip. Will definitely be doing monthly!

The product arrived sealed and in perfectly new condition. It comes with two different sized heads (all individually sealed)-36 pins and 16 pins. The 36 pins are a walk in the park to use, causing little to no pain but pretty decent exfoliation. The 16 pin sized? Not for me. OUCH!

By chance, the pen stopped working for me about 5 months after purchasing. The customer service team was great about sending me a replacement. Couldn’t be happier with them.

Only used it once, but it works great! I had a couple A7 pens and neither one worked from the start so I gave up on needling. However this M8 model is wonderful, and I'm so happy to finally be able to enjoy the benefits of microneedling. Great customer service
