This product does exactly what it's supposed to. I received a product that stopped working after a week. I then contacted Sarah from customer service and she promptly sent me a new one. It is working perfectly and she even checked in to see how things were going. I highly recommend this product and the seller is amazing.

Great product! I use it frequently for nano, cosmetic, and medical level needling. Also I cannot say enough about the customer service. I had a problem and they quickly made it right!

The pen works really well, but after about 8 months it stopped charging. I reached out to the seller and they sent me a new pen right away, no questions asked!

I have used this once. I have olive skin with melasma. I was conservative with my needle length . I stayed between .25 and .5. My face was red for about 24 hours and then began to peel a few days later. I have not noticed a difference, but I will need to do several more over time. After care is important, its summer now so will wait for several raining days or fall before repeating.

Broke on the third use. On/Off, level selection button completely stopped working. I literally had to wait for the battery to die to get it turned off. Other than that, it worked well. Maybe mine was faulty?
