I bought this for my wife. We thought it might be a faulty unit because certain numbers were displaying upside down - but it turns out that you are supposed to read the numbers with the cartridge pointing downwards. ;) The Dr Pen M8 is an amazing tool that helps you get professional results in the comfort of your home at a fraction of the cost.
Also important to note is our experience with the seller. ModiX’s customer service was top notch and made sure my wife and I were happy with our purchase. Their communication and customer care was excellent and truly, our experience with ModiX was among the top 3 customer service experiences we have ever had.

When used with the numbing cream, the pain is little to none at the time of use. After is a different story. Still tolerable
